Found this little nasty staff that conjures food Staff of Conjuring - Items - World of Warcraft !
The food it makes works in arena, but i guess its useless. But hey something atleast

It takes a little bit to update when you hit 5 rep but now your not a leecher.

mages own lol i didnt knwo you cudnt take food into arena... i never thought of it because i always make some. oh and if you wanted food you could always use the everlasting frond thing form a quest in zangarmarsh...
