to get the caverns of time 2 buff outside the instance you must have:
- 2 deviat supremes

go into the caverns of time 2 eat a deviat supreme nor die there
then you have to go into the instance and eat the second deviat supreme and die now you have to ressurect by the ghosthealer and you have the buff outside the instance ! ( horde = humans ally=orcs )

Let me reword that..I think I know what he means.

To get the caverns of time Human illusion outside the instance (post 2.4) you must have:
- 2 Savory Deviate Delights

Go into the caverns of time and eat a Deviate Delight but don't die there.
Then you have to go into the instance and eat the second deviate delight and die in the instance. Now you have to ressurect by the Spirit healer and you have the buff outside the instance! ( horde = humans ally=orcs )

Technically the patch notes said it was not possible to get the illusion outside the instance using noggenfogger potions. I assumed it was a universal fix, but I guess there is no harm in trying.
