/cast Pick Pocket
/stopcasting
/cast Cheap Shot

Turn on autoloot on your interface options, and you will autopickpocket mobs a split second before opening.

Only problem is, if the mobs resists pickpocket you're dead. Or ;P You didn't get your ambush/cheapshot or whatever you use.
