When you go there you first need to Level up to 100, Then you will meat Mission 2 Where you need to be quick and deliver a message in 1:50 Minutes, you get rewarded there are much more quests coming soon and there are lots I forgot to say. Just right click on the portal at the Mall, So the New Level Cap is 100.
