so far server is 100% blizz like, BUT!!! all items have x2 stats and all epics have x4 stats, atk def...some spell power on items is also x4
when u play U MUST CLEAR UR CACHE FOLDER to see the correct stats on items.

rates so far are at 20x kill, quest is 25x.
