How to add new lines in worldserver.conf (AC)?

Hello I'm new to setting up private servers and wanted to know how I can add new lines on the worldserver.conf and make it go in effect?

Specifically, on:
MinQuestScaledXPRatio/MinCreatureScaledXPRatio/MinDiscoveredScaledXPRatio

MinQuestScaledXPRatio = 0

MinCreatureScaledXPRatio = 0

MinDiscoveredScaledXPRatio = 0

These are from TrinityCore's base worldserver.conf and for some reason were removed on Azerothcore.
