ItemExtendedCost.dbc custom entries not recognized?

First, I am using Trinitycore - Ac-Web Repack V-0.8 64bit

So after extensive digging I have found a TON of posts about changing an EXISTING ENTRY in ItemExtendedCost.dbc but not much about creating a NEW ENTRY into it.

I have added a new entry to ItemExtendedCost.dbc #2998 .
I have filled out the ItemID_1 (a custom made item - 90006)
I have filled out the ItemCount_1 (1)
I made a patch-enUS-4.mpq
I added the ExtCost #2998 to a Vendor.
I have also added the entry to npc_vendor.

When I spawn my vendor it doesn't recognize the #2998 entry.
I can change the Vendor to (2997 - an existing entry) and it works fine.
The custom item shows with the custom cost.

So what gives?
Is there another step I am missing to recognize new entries into the ItemExtendedCost.dbc?

Did you add the updated DBC to your server too?

Does the client side MPQ contain a folder called 'DBFilesClient' with your 'ItemExtendedInfo.dbc' inside?

Ya I have the server side DBC updated and I have the DBFilesClient folder.
I have other DBC's in that same MPQ that are working fine so I know my MPQ is good.

Triple checked the ItemExtendedInfo.dbc in the MPQ and it shows the 2998 line.

Here is the error from the worldserver.

Creature Vendor Bob (Entry: 90001 GUID: 93 DB GUID: 21384 has UNIT_NPC_FLAG_VENDOR set, but has an empty trading item list.

Edit: Solved. I am Error.
Didn't apply the DBC's to the server folder.
Sigh.
