Does anyone know how to edit individual stats of mobs for my private server?

Me and my friends are making a vanilla private server. This server is intended to be 10-manable and thats why im asking how to edit the stats of raid bosses and other raid npcs. I have not found anything like this so we are making it ourselves.
If there is something out there like this please send that here and if there is not please tell me how to edit the stats! Thanks in advance.

    See here: creature_template (3.3.5a) - TrinityCore - Confluence

There is a base calculation based on level + rank + class, but you can modify the stats using the following columns:
    Code:
    HealthModifier

Used to modify the base Level/Class health of a creature. This field comes from WDB.
    ManaModifier

Used to modify the base Level/Class mana of a creature. This field comes from WDB.
    ArmorModifier

Used to modify the base Level/Class armor of a creature.
    DamageModifier

    Multiplier for mindmg and maxdmg

    Example: mindmg=200 maxdmg = 500 DamageModifier = 10

Outcome: mob will hit for 2000-5000

Ok, how do I actually change the stats of the creatures tho and what tools do I need to do so? What folder do I need to access? To clarify this server is for 1.12.1 and not 3.3.5.
Im very much a newbie when it comes to wow servers and would very much appreciate if you would dumb it down for me.

We need to know your emulator/repack to know what to do exactly.

But generally, most of the data for a private server is stored in a MySQL database. This can be viewed and edited but only with a program specifically for it. Some examples are: Navicat, HeidiSQL, SQLyog Community Edition.

The connection details can be found in your server config files.
