How would I make a pocket vendor

I would like to make a vendor that can live in your bags and you can summon to sell your items on my personal Azerothcore Solo 3.3.5a server. I would like it to function similarly to the pocket portal npc. Is there an easy way to do this?

Best bet would be to find a spell used by another item that summons a vendor, and link that spell to whatever item you want in the DB.
