How to change phase when accepting quest using smart_scripts

Hello,

Now I'm fixing the quest.

When the quest is completed, the phase does not change, so the NPC cannot be seen.

I would like to know how to use the conditions table and smart_scripts table to change the phase upon accepting or completing a quest.

There were similar search results, but the link was expired and I couldn't see the example.
