When I add an item to npc vendor it get's removed with a restart

command currently using .npc add item 100000

I haven't ran into this issue before so maybe it was a change within the core?

Make the edit in the database rather than using commands. I find the commands very poorly documented and unintuitive to use, it might be possible but it is just as easy to change it in SQL.

Thanks @stoneharry I tried but still didn’t work, but the issue I was having is item ID was 8 digits long example 10000000, 10000001
I changed the item ID minus one digit ie 1000000, 1000001 and now the items save as normal.
