Best most completed private server repack and how to

Hello, firstly, i want to say that I am new when it comes to hosting WoW servers.
Reason I want to host a private WoW server is to be able to play by myself and with some friends.
Saves are local and I don't have to bother to play with people I don't want to play with.

What I'm looking for
- The most complete experience which means that it has all or almost all the content available in the game and the expansions, new content is welcome but having everything the original game and expansions have to offer is a must.
- Being able to get the stuff from the microtransactions store by other means, either with admin commands or with real ways (purchasing them with in-game currency, quest rewards, loot, etc) of course, the latter would be the best.
- The less bugs it has, the better it is.
- Entirely playabale solo, if it has bots, that's a plus.

Now, I found some repacks but I can't seem to run them.
There's the Elysium Core, the TrinityCore, the ShadowCore, etc...
One of them has "authserver.exe" and "worldserver.exe".
Another one has "mangosd.exe", "realmd.exe", "start mysql.bat", etc... That's the Elysium one.
For example, for that one it says :

Instructions to run the server:
- Open the batch file "Start MySQL.bat"
- Start the login server "realmd.exe"
- Start the game server "mangosd.exe"

It may take a while to load, so be patient. Remember to change your realmlist to 127.0.0.1 in order to connect to the server.

That is exactly what I did yet it does not work.

So my second question is: Does anyone has a good guide to host our own private server using repacks?
