Looking for simple edits?

I have recently downloaded a 3.3.5a repack, for some reason I just cant figure out for the life of me how to compile a fresh server myself. I have followed 3 diff tutorials so I just give up. I have a Trinity Core repack and am wondering if someone can tell me some simple edits that wont break my server?

I would like to know how to add my own custom teleport's
Broadcast messages (Right now it constantly says the revision update stuff and i want it removed but everything I've done doesn't work.)

Ive been figuring all of it out pretty well, can someone tell me if there is a way to disable the .server info command on login?
