SQL Script to fix stats on gear.

So, I'm currently in the middle of working on something, and I've noticed alot of the gear, such as t1, t2, t3, t4 and so on. Don't have their proper stats, I'm fully capable of doing this myself, but I just don't feel like doing the work.

Is it possible that someone can make an SQL Script where it updates all of the gear's missing stats for tiers 1 - 10 on 3.3.5a, or has someone already done it?

Cause otherwise I'm gonna spend too much time doing this when it's possible someone else has already done it.
