Ports not opening after being forwarded

Hi guys i have a problem with my ports forwarded. I oppened port 3724 and 8085 for Auth and World server, but when i check in Port Forwarding tester, show me they are closed, also only me can connect to the server...
Anyone who knows how to oppened it ?
