Anyone knows how to change the world database server password from "ascent" to?

anyone knows how to change the world database server password? it was originally "127.0.0.1;3306;root;ascent;world" in "worldserver.conf" file. But i want to change all ascent to the one I want. After changing ascent to another password, the world server.exe just wont start. But auth server could run.
I have connected to localhost, and everything runs like a charm. i have entered in the game, etc. BUT I just wonder, why wouldn't it allowed me to change the "ascent" to any other password? It is supposed to be a conf. file right?? sigh..
that is stupid since everyone use the repack for 3.3.5 has the same root and passwd.

Did you change the actual MySQL password or just arcemu's conf file?
