how to make Heirlooms Vendor with suctions for (trinity core)

Hello guys

I want to know how to make a vendor sells Heirlooms with suctions for (trinity core) 3.3.5

Like Plate,Mail,Cloth, etc....

and then when the the player for example clicked on plate the vendor will shows the plate heirlooms.
