Help with script, index upvalue "NPC_SPAWNER_A" <nil value> ?

I'm making a custom expansion, and i'm creating a custom player spawn event. I've finished the code but whenever I run it it says
" attempting to call index upvalue "NPC_SPAWNER_A" <nil value>".

I'm not familiar with the whole emulator but what it says could be 2 different things.

First the value isn't initialized, the second you try a non closure object to call with the ':' operator in that case try '.' instead.

NPC_SPAWNER_A is not a valid variable, it has no value. (it is nil)

This way of coding is incredibly bad because you are storing a pointer to the entity. Instead you should retrieve a reference from the GUID in each function.
