Hit points and default inn +Rep

Hi Guys

Just wondering if anyone knows how to change the default inn or the default hearthstone location?

Also when leveling up i noticed it says "You have gained 0 Hit points" is there any way to change this? At the moment i have starter gear at level 1 (around 60k health) and when you get to level 255 you still have 60k HP. What im looking to do is every level you gain, you gain an extra 700 - 1k health

Edit : Also if anyone knows how to spawn at corpse when you die please let me know, i have followed a few guides but some people have said that this has been fixed and cannot be done?
