Friend stuck on realmlist?

My friend and I have been wanting to make a small private server for us to create jumping puzzles and challenge each other. The main problem, however, is that when he tries to connect, he's able to see my realms, but when he clicks on it, he is taken back to the realmlist.

I'm using ArcEmu 3.3.5a (12340) and have the following as my configurations:

I have omitted voicechat.conf as I figured that would not matter. Basically I have followed several guides from several sources, including a few on here such as PBDJ1's tutorial. I've tried both Hamachi, and non-hamachi as well, registering a quick throwaway DYN hostname.

If anybody could please help me, I'd be grateful. All ports are forwarded, and I believe it's something to do with the configuration.

Common problem. reset the configs and follow a new tutorial fully - and you'll get it right (probably)
