fresh compile, authserver failed to initialize properly?? PLEASE HELP!

Hi all, my first post here so be gentle!!!
I have compiled a new Trinity server, followed all the instructions from TrinityCore wiki, and all went well.
nothing failed, until I tried running authserver, and it errors with "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000001d)
PLEASE help me with this one, this is the third time I've been through the compile process and every time it fails with the same error!!!!

    Many thanks
