Looking for a good pvp server

That is either classic or 2.4 and has
Instant level cap
Starter gear and progression through pvp (maxed gear is fine too)
no overpowered donor things

Minor things I would also like:
Gold, boosted profession/skill gain


But really, I just want to pvp and most of the servers are pve oriented- and the very few "pvp" servers are too restrictive and lame.


I did google searches and various top100 searches but google wields old dead servers and most of the top100 servers are pretty lackluster but maybe I'm not searching hard enough. I was also a bit spoiled by the fantastic servers I've played in before (dominion/impact-wow comes to mind) so it might be a hard search.
Anyway I'm just posting because someone else must know some amazing server that isn't voted up or what have you.

I am currently developing a 2.4.3 pvp server, but im not near finished, because im still working on the "gear progressing parts" and optimizing the server. I am this type of guy which do not release half finished things.
