MySQL not working?

I have compiled my own core server to the point that I should be able to long. But the MySQL from MySQL :: Download MySQL Installer installs but the MySQL that I move from the installion folder to Arcemu folder is not responding. I flashes quickly and says something about error. Its so fast I cant read it. My config files are correst by Username "root" and password "ascent" (I decided the password then I installed the MySQL).
What is wrong?
I can log in on game but it wont let me pass the Authentication info. I guess since the MySQL is not running.

When I installed MySQL it installed it to Program Files(x86)/MySQL. from there I took the MySQL.exe and moved it to my ArcEmu folder

and you really expect that will work
When you installed mysql you should tell him the path but mysql doesn't have nothing to do with arcemu.
Mysql is a DATABASE and arcemu is an emulator.

You can easyly put the database files into your fresh install.

But why you moved it? :confused:

Okay but the MySQL.exe wont run from the installion folder either. What do you mean by "You can easily put the database files into your fresh install."

I deleted it and now I am installing it again, if I made some mistake last time.
So now when I am installing it it asks the following(this is the mysql-installer-5.5.17.0) :
Choosing a setup Type: Developer Default, Server only, Client only, Full or Custom.
Which one I choose. It also asks the Installion path and Data path ?

Okay it asks the setup type. Typical, Custom or Complete ?

Typical will install the default, custom will let you choose the install dir and data dir and some other stuff. complete talks for it slef

Well I go for complete then.... okay. Now I have to configure it. Detailed Confoguration or Standard?

Done. Then... Install as Windows Service; "Service Name: MySQL" and Launch the MySQL Server automatically are chose. Do I choose the "Include Bin Directory in Windows PATH" ?
