    I am looking to fix a bug in the Rogue Talent tree, but I need some help

    Hey everyone, I have been searching around this forum for hours, but cannot find what I am looking for...so I'll just ask you all directly.

    I have a Mangos Zero 1.12.1 server running. For the most part it is pretty awesome, but there are a few quest bugs that I have been trying to put workarounds in for.

    Well now I have a new problem. The Rogue talent Serrated Blades is bugged, each point should make it increase 3% up to 9%, but it just stays at 0 no matter what.

    I wanted to go into files and try and fix this, but I can't find the talents anywhere. I use Tallis to get ino my DBC's, and Navicat to edit my DB's.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
