Where should i get hosted my wow private server?

I have been hosting on my own pc but my internet keeps crashing, so im up for buying a place to get it hosted.
It has to be good, but always a an okay price.

I need a SQL account for heidisql thats not (localhost), but no idea where do create one lol.
Please help.

I've had good experience with VPSLand for virtual servers. A virtual server is a shared dedicated and is a lot cheaper. It's great for developing a server or for launching one on a low budget. Right now they have a deal where the first month is half off. I highly recommend this route for starting out then moving on to a dedicated.

As far as a dedicated goes, I recommend ThePlanet. There are cheaper rates, but their rates are competitive and their customer service and uptime are excellent. Very professional and top notch.

VPSland isn't bad, but lately I've been noticing that GoDaddy has taken the prices down in their VPS hosting as well, so you might want to check them out. I think their mid grade VPS starts around 45 a month.
