How to change the "World of warcraft account has been temporarily suspended" MESSAGE

Hello.

I want to change the message that shows when you try to log into a banned account in game.

Character locked: contact billing for more information

This world of warcraft account has been temporarily suspended. please go to blizz site blah blah

Have you seen that on the screen when you try to log in? I am trying to change that message. Please don't ask why.



Here is what I have done so far.

1. Went to the website: https://arcemu.svn.sourceforge.net/s.../arcemu-world/

and I searched every single file in there for text that says:

Character locked
or 
This world of warcraft account

and NOTHING.


2. I searched all the DBC files and found nothing related to that text. Only a few strings for server messages and crash message. Nothing related to this.


Where can I look? I'm running out of options or is this a picture animation or something? Where can I find it. Thank you.
