ArcEmu Scripts

I am running ArcEmu trunk, and I am having a problem with scripts. I made a test .lua script and put it inside my Arcemu/scripts folder, but it did not run. After this I did a test, I deleted the Shade of Aran script from the scripts folder, restartered my server, and he still cast spells as though the script was there.
I have already set <ScriptBackends LUA="1"> with no luck.

Does anybody know what is wrong?

Once u compile a new core did u compile the scripts again, located in trunk/src/scripts ?

Provide screenshots of all folders.
Also, are there any entries in Ai_agents?

Did you delete your game cache after updating the database and or scripts and then re log in to the server after a server restart.
