[ArcEmu] Trouble connecting to server using ArceMux

I have set up a server using ArceMux (Version 4.6 Beta), and as far as I can tell, the server itself is running correctly. I have downloaded the files for version 3.3.2 and my WoW client is patched to that version as well. I have also set up an admin account through ArceMux and adjusted the realmlist.wtf file to connect with my server. However, when I try to login to WoW, it gets stuck on the "connecting" dialog and eventually an error message pops up that says the game was unable to connect. Any suggestions?

How have yu configured the files? Are they made public? If not then you wont be able to connect.

I've never personally used ArceMux, but if you could take a screenshot of the main folder you run it from, ill see what i can work out.

It's a GUI application, so this is the only place on my computer that I could find anything directly related to arcemux, but here is the ArcEmu files:Imageshack - conffiles.png

If you open realms.conf in a notepad type program and edit the ip at the bottem to your external ip.

I am not trying to allow others to connect to the server, I'm trying to make it so that I can play on my own computer using it

I see... What have you set as your realmlist?

Ensure the server is running and there are no errors in the .exe

107.0.0.1, the App says that the server is running correctly, also I have no .exe, I am using OSX

Set it to 127.0.0.1, and oh yes sorry, have you run the server though? It might be saying a false pretensious.

My mistake, the previous post was a typo, I meant to say 127.0.0.1

What do you mean to "run the server"? In the application I clicked "start server" and to the best I can tell it is running correctly, but I don't know how to be sure. Here is a screenshot of the app:

Hmmm that seems to be it all..

Try and delete your "WTF" folder from the WoW directory, Im not sure what this will change but yeah, I've never personally run a Private Server on Mac so im not sure if i will be able to provide much help.

that got me to the point where it says "Authenticating" and that is where it stops, any more suggestions?
