[request] Update all npc's to level 19

SQL that makes all npc's, mob's, and creatures to level 19.

I'm trying to do it myself, but i'm kinda bad at it, lol.

UPDATE 'creature_proto' SET 'minlevel'='19'  WHERE ('entry'='BETWEEN '1' AND '99995');

why whould you want all npc's and creatures to be lvl 19 anyway?

Hm.Looking at this and remebering something.Anyone know anyways to do this for Items table and remove class and race restrictions for all items? NVM I got it
