[Arcemu] Compiling Own Server Problem

Well, i followed a guide on this website on making your own server from scratch, so I did all of it, and imported my database from a repack. Well, I used the same guide to change the max skill, so I can hit things... etc, and it isn't working, my whole server is custom items, but no matter what I do I can't hit any of my monsters, no matter what Item I use, since the max weapon skill is capped at level 450, and I think I need it around 2k before I can hit anything... help?

Theres a guide on how to edit your core, its handled in player.cpp i think, search for skills in the file. Not sure exactly though

This IS the one I followed, I edited it perfectly, but I still can't hit anything over level 100 and my custom weapons don't hit either (i know this is because of the dbc writing things, but I already replaced them with another item) Help?
