[Mangos] realmd.exe and mangosd.exe don't run when I try to make external server
So I had my server working perfectly on my computer just by myself. I am trying to set it up to run externally and I can not get it to work. When I change the realmd.conf and mangosd.conf files bindip setting to my dynDNS hostname and change the realmd -> realmlist in navicat to crooms.selfip.com I get errors.
mangosd.exe runs until when it would be done and then it says "Failed to open acceptor..."
and realmsd.exe closes immediatly. It says
realm cannot bind to crooms.selfip.com:3742.
Can anybody tell me what I might be doing wrong? I have my ports forwarded already too.

You only need to change the one in realmd, leave bindip at 0.0.0.0

Thanks kiev they don't crash anymore. But now the client gets stuck as "Success!" when logging in.

Set your realmlist to your external ip (The ip he uses to connect to your server). This is created as your only realmlist now points to your external IP, not local IP.
