[3.3] Custom Items not working

Hey everyone. I got a little problem now. I have some bugs on my server like this one. Well, of course I have made some custom stuff to my server like better weapons etc. BUT! Looks like my server wont accept those weapons. They work well, yes, but I cannot use any abilities or spells which needs a melee weapon. I'm pretty sure that you know how to fix this, this is why I'm asking some help.

Edit: Btw, my World of Warcraft client is crashing often. What may cause this? It crashes sometimes when mobs are hitting me, like in Northrend, in Orgrimmar or anywhere.

Since 3.3.0 blizzard inplemeted DBC checks, if your item is not written into the DBC it will show as "Not a proper item" which means it will give stats but it won't count as a real weapon so it will ask you to equip a melee weapon, to fix this just simple replace a old unused blizzard item with your current item.
