[Request] Custom Spell

I'm working on a small sandbox project atm, and one thing I'm doing is fiddling around with blacksmithing. I created a custom item named Ellemayne the Reaver, it's one of the swords that Varian Wrynn wields.

What I really want to do, because it's an elven sword and according to lore elven swords become more powerful when reforged, is make a Blacksmithing spell, or (most likely) edit an existing lowbie spell from the DB such as Copper Chain Pants, etc.. that goes something like this:

Reforging Ellemayne the Reaver

Reagents:
Ellemayne the Reaver
Temper (of some sort)
Maybe the Sunwell?


I'm really interested in making this properly, and if somebody would be kind enough to do it for me (because I've been so vague, you will need to let me know in order to do it just so, or you could add your own ideas to the mix)

There's a few specifics you may need in order to do this:

Item ID for "Reagent" sword: 507332
DisplayID for sword: 58617

I have no experience in spell creation etc. or self-made SQL batches; I usually use Quice. This is for a MaNGOS server, so I can understand that'll put a lot of you off, but anyone who is willing to help, please do!
