Mac T.T/ How to make and add custom item

I checked the similar threads, they didn't work for me. But i'm on a mac so i went to wow-v.com to make a custom item. Basically i made the weapon downloaded Arcemu <forgot what build> But i don't know how to add it into my db. Like people say a world, but i'm like what? Please help T.T

You need to get SQLyog or Navicat, personly I prefere SQLyog (Community edition is free).
Using SQLyog, you can connect to your database:
host: localhost
port: 3306
username: root
password: whatever the password to it was
database(s): leave blank
Then in the query box on the top right, put what was in the SQL file you downloaded into there (copy + paste) so it will now say something like:

INSERT INTO `items` VALUES (...

Press the two arrows pointing right on the top left (execute all queries) then you will get:
1 query executed
1 rows effected
Or something, that means it worked.

If I recall correctly, SQLyog doesn't support Macs You can maybe run it on Wine though....
Try using Navicat like mentioned above or jHeidi(version of HeidiSQL that supports MacOSX and Linux).
