DENIED, not allowed IP (server problem if anyone can help il rep)

ok wel here is the problem some one attempted to logon the server at a 30 min interval (it was 2 diffrent ips and it said DENIED, not allowed IP) <---from my logon server console anyone know anything about this???

Can you show me your logon server config file?

Make sure your realm ip's in your configs have the right ip's and ports forwarded, some say set one to your external IP and one to your internal IP, (2 realms). Other's say set one to your DNS and one to your Local host, or DNS/Internal, etc.

Make sure your logon server has auth to your SQL and your world databases, this is just a config error.
