How can i add grunt the murloc marine to my server as an npc?

You have to wait until they create a repack for the patch following blizzcon, since that's where it's being released. I believe blizzcon is August 10th and 11th. Either wait for developers to release a new repack or try to recreate him yourself.

Naxp gaming has him on there server.. Hows that?

they created the NPC themselves, if you want to have a go at it his .morph ID (displayID) is 29348 and works for 3.1.X servers and above only (as that was the build his model was added into the game). i suggest visiting WoW-V.com if you are going to try make the NPC
