Is there a version of mangadmin for 3.1.3

I'm looking for an updated version of mangadmin or another mangos gm helper that will work with 3.1.3 or close to it.
If someone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Yeah I am looking for the same Mangadmin 3.1.3. I have found some but all the are are renames for 3.0.X. I have tried 3.0.X on my box but all I get are errors across the board.
