Net Framework 3.5 wont install. menu

    Net Framework 3.5 wont install.

    When i go to install Net Framework 3.5, its starts going up intill the point where it begins to start the Download and install process. Then it says this,

    Status:    Re-establishing connection with the server (attempt 1 of 5).

    then it goes all the way to 5 and stops. Does anyone know how to fix this or another way i can install it?
