Nope, disregard what AngelSandy said. The repack is fine, you got it running and logged in. The issue here is the ports. First off verify your ip address at ipchicken.com or w/e.
Secondly, you'll need to decide:
-Public through router (if you have a router) or
-Public through hamachi
If you don't have a router the only other option is hamachi. Google it up and use that. All players will need it and you'll have to set the 127.0.0.1 to the generated hamachi ip depending on how all was set and stuff.
If you have a router, it's a good thing to try using it. Open your router's page (start -> run -> type 'cmd' and hit ok. in there type 'ipconfig' and look for the appropriate network (i'm wireless so mine would be the following):
Code:
Ethernet adapter Wireless Network Connection:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.100
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : xxxx::xxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx%x
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.200
Default Gateway is what you need to type in your browser to access your router. IP Adress is the address you'll need to use to forward ports to, and go to the port forwarding page and forward all necessary ports (depends on which ones you set). Makes sure you use the IP Adress in my case 192.168.1.100 to forward to, else you'd open ports for a different computer not the one you want the server setup on.
Once that's all set, run the executables (ports only open once they're forwarded and a local program is using them) and you should become connectable. Contact me through a pm or add me 'Lonehwolf' on xfire if you need additional help, although I'll try to check this post again
