At this point I totall scratched it all and started over, I have applied all updates and sql batch files that came with the Hearthstone 3.1 core/release I am using, however when I attempt to run hearthstone-world.exe it is now telling me the following:

!!! possible invalid format in file DBC/Spell.dbc (us: 231, them: 232)

I am still trying to figure out hw to fix this, I even found a dbc editor and have opened up the file and took a look at it to make sure it was laid out correctly and that didn't help me much so any further assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the latest dbc's? Download new ones, bugged version is most likely causing your error.

Make sure you have patch 3.1 installed on your WoW client when you run the dbc extractor.
