'Login Server Down' error when server is running?

Another problem with Hearthstone core. I'm using the 3_1_0 Batch and now I got everything to work fine and start up but once I try to login it gets stuck at "Connecting" than says "Login Server Down" even though I have the hearthstone-logonserver.exe and hearthstone-world.exe running. All the necessary ports are forwarded, configs are setup right, everything seems to be fine except I can't log in.

Make sure you have port 3724 available and not blocked.

As well as any other ports that the server might require(ie i believe ArcEmu requires port 8097 to be open as well for the realm list.)

k so i ran my comp in dmz (just to make sure it was the ports causing the issues), reopened everything, and tried again. it did the same thing again so i realized that it wasnt the ports, so when i checked my realmlist it wasnt even in the wow folder (it was on my desktop). so when i put it back in the wow folder and tried again, it failed... again... so i was like wtf. but then when i opened my realmlist, it had my dns name. i changed it to my chickenip and it worked. but now im stuck on cannot connect with realmlist... turns out my dns is messed up lol
