Need help with private server website.PLZ

Ok hi so I made a vid of my trouble I am using the epic website(using wamp):
heres the epic website EPIC WEBSITE

oh its kinda blurry:
went to wamp\www saw the epic website
then went to the wamp icon\tested port 80\started servvice\put online

then blank page!???

when you put it online, you also need to restart all services, and make sure you have your ports forwarded.

No restarting didnt work either?

I'll try to help. First off make sure that your router has its ports forwarded. Otherwise when you try to access the server it will time out or be blocked. This doesn't look like your situation. Yours looks more like an actual apache problem. Cause the database is there but when published the page is blink. Which means somethings prolly setup wrong. Where is your index.php site located? This chatting back and forth isn't going to work. You should hit me up on aim braedenfriedman @ Aim

Ok im gonna go out on a limb here and say that when u extracted the files into your www folder that they went into another folder called epicrelease or something like that can you if you dont know what i mean could u please take a screen shot of the contents of the www folder so i can help you further.

He typed in 127.0.0.1 (that is the loopback address of every nic ever) so he will never have to worry about firewalls or forwarding ports. just fyi
