I want Horde to can talk with Ally and vice-versa

Well i want the horde to speak with ally and go in grp with them be friends only if they get out of arena they can atack and kill. i want only speak and invite in grp thats all and idk how to do i have a mangos server 3.3.3a Winkdods 3.3.3a.

O and i forget i want and to change rate at xp and idk from where pls help.

Open up the Mangos.conf in notepad and scroll down to the "PLAYER INTERACTION" section. All the stuff for you're looking for in regards to Ally/Horde is in there. All the XP rates and various other changes can be set in the "SERVER RATES" section.
