MySQL Error for website

Error: Unable to connect to MySQL server. MySQL reported: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 113.



I get that when I try to create accounts through my webpage? What am I doing wrong here?


My set up is this


My Dedicated Server -> MySQL with character + world DB


My Website Hosting Service -> Website with account creation.
