Is there a Repack that has Full (not limited) GM commands?

With the recent Repack I downloaded, it was all fine and dandy except for the fact that I couldn't go to dalaran because a bunch of custom mobs there would kill me, and everything was mixed around. NPC were in the streets and not buildings, all the instances were either customized or cleared, and most importantly, I did not have all GM commands.

Is there a Repack out there which gives the user full GM commands that are not limited?

mm al the repack gives you full gm commands you just have to go to your acc database and set your acount admin (az) and you will have all the commands available
