Possible to add items with enchants/suffixes?

I have a problem with spawning items that usually have an "of the" suffix. They just come with armor and no stats and the "of the" is omitted. Also, it is possible for live GMs to restore items with enchants, so I was wondering was there some aspect of the command to add items that I'm missing?

The server is running ascent by the way.

With suffix-id being positive for values from ItemRandomProperties.dbc or negative for values from ItemRandomSuffixes.dbc
