    Getting an error

    Hello,
    I am a noob at this private server stuff sorry. I used a guide on here to make one for personal use and when I try to start up my arcemu_world and arcemu_logonserver. I get an error saying "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect". Can someone help me figure this out plz. Thanks in advance.
