[Request] C++, learn/unlearn proffesions/skills for gold

I realise this can be done in Blua or Lua++ but there buggy as hell and I cant find a perfectly working one. So I want to do this in C++ butI do not know where to start. Basicly I want to be able to learn or unlearn a skill or proffesion for a certain amount of gold (id of proffesion for skill or whatever). This is because on the server I develop for the quest to get Mooncloth tailering is bugged and you cant unlearn a tailering spec once chosen. I want to fix this all up with a npc that can learn and unlearn.
