help with getting TBC blood elfs and draenei

okay i dont understand why i cant select a blood elf or draenei, i see npc that are blood elfs and draenei but i cant create one.... when i try to make an account allowing me to use TBC and when i go to log in it says my wow client or whatever doesnt have the data??

I had a wow cd-dvd that was 2.1.0 when i installed it, then i got patch 2.x to 2.3.0, then patch 2.3.0 to 2.4.0, then patch 2.4.0 to 2.4.3 and instaled them all.

is there anything more i need to download? (when i say to start launcher it shows TBC logo and stuff but when i get to the login screen it is just the regular wow, background is the same)

Do you use MaNGOS or Ascent?

What did you write in Flags?

i put 8 for flags

Buy TBC and it would work perfect :S or donwload at the pirate bay as i did
