Patch 3.0.2 (TBC Live) work with WoTLK Emus?

Does the new 3.0.2 Patch (live), have the Northrend Maps in it, so If I join a WoTLK Private Server, I can explore Northrend

Why would there be Wotlk CDs if the map files where already there? Do'h
